How much do courses cost?
Courses are priced individually, with some learning channels offering unlimited access to all courses for a fixed fee.
Can users get a refund if the course was not what you thought it was?
We offer a 30-day refund policy for any courses. The opportunity to get a full refund is not possible if 3 or more lessons are personalised. Course credits will be offered prior to a monetary refund
How much does it cost to publish a course on YALPOP?
There are no upfront or ongoing fees. YALPOP operates on a revenue share model, with Tier 1 creators initially receiving 50% of sales revenue. Additional tiers with increased revenue share are available.
How is commission handled for course sales?
YALPOP manages all payment processing and international sales tax obligations. Payouts are made on a 60-day term, with faster options available for high sales volumes.
Does YALPOP support businesses for private training?
Yes. YALPOP can create personalised training courses and private channels for organisations, providing tailored learning exclusively for employees.
Can I use a custom domain for my YALPOP course site?
Yes. You will receive a YALPOP subdomain by default, but you can also connect your own custom domain to your course site.
Can I customise the branding for my courses?
Yes, you can customise templates to align with your unique branding.
Does YALPOP assist with course marketing?
YALPOP does not offer dedicated marketing services but listing your courses on the YALPOP Marketplace provides exposure to a wider audience.
Will I retain ownership of my content on YALPOP?
Yes, all content you provide for YALPOP courses remains your intellectual property. The Course Creator Agreement outlines all of this in full detail
Can I join YALPOP as an affiliate?
Yes. You can currently apply to become a Scaling Affiliate Partner, helping onboard creators. A general affiliate programme will also launch soon, allowing you to promote courses for commissions.
